Work or Play this is your Home Away

Located in Lancaster, Washington, United States. Work or Play this is your Home Away This is a newly renovated private studio above our garage. It has a key less private entry. Plenty of parking. There is also a balcony that overlooks our backyard that has a pond! We live in the house next door and are there is you need ANYTHING at all or to answer any questions you may have! We live within walking distance to stores and restaurants! There is also a nice park 5 min drive away! This studio is 20 min away from New Era Field and 20 Min drive from the City of Buffalo! Niagara Falls (a MUST SEE) is approximately 40 min drive! The village of East Aurora that is very quaint and has a lot of nice shops and a variety of places to eat is located 18 min away!
