While the indoor pool and hot tub remain open, the outdoor pool deck and private beach access point at this complex did also sustain moderate damage that will need time to be repaired. By September 2024 the complex is scheduled to have a brand new outdoor kitchen, paved firepit, and a totally new outdoor oceanfront deck.
