We just added a Master Bath in March 2023. Included is Xfinity’s highest speed internet WiFi for streaming (or work…). New washer/dryer. Great room has large flat screen with blu-ray/DVD player, and hook-up for your own media (Roku, Firestick, laptop, etc). Gas grill out back with outdoor table/chairs and a lower deck with picnic table and more chairs.On a half-acre, our home has its own sandy beach front perfect for playing or sunning, and a pier/dock where you can fish, swim, crab, or just chill.
