One room has bunk beds with queen and double size beds in it and bedroom 2 has one queen bed with bunk on top that is a twin . And another double bed. Very large size living room with two pull out couches for 4 extra people and a TV and DVD player and lots of movie choices! Outside has a large patio with amazing views of the lake with lots of seating.Also included in the rental is two adult kayaks and two youth kayaks.
