The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks to the local rocky Broad Cove beach to watch sunrise and arriving and departing ships, while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood also features a Greenbelt trail which offers easy trail walking / hiking through the woods, with the sounds of birds chirping and woodpeckers working away on the trees.
