It's located on a small island/peninsula called Little Neck in Ipswich MA that not many know about. Little Neck is a gated, private community where you can step back in time, relax, enjoy family time or begin a new adventure. It's a Seasonal property and only rented May - October. Off season May, September and October there is a one week minimum rental. Peak season June, July and August there is typically a two week minimum rental. The 100 year old cottage has been updated with all the modern amenities to make it easier to relax and enjoy the spectacular views but has kept its historical charm and roots. It boasts water, beach and sand dune views from every room, the beach is about 100 yards away, includes access to kayaks, a private community dock and two kids playgrounds.
