The unit has a small portable AC, Fast wifi and smart TVFree parking on the street only- no private parking.-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.We cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair.
