Located in Montrose, South Carolina, United States. This lakefront cottage is an ideal getaway for a family! You may also catch a glimpse or our resident bald eagle, blue herons or beavers! The lake is small (46 acres) so no motor boats are allowed, keeping it nice and quiet. Fishermen tout the wide-mouth bass, perch, pickerel, grouper and more. There are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors--swim from the float, lounge on the shore or enjoy the fire pit at night.• All told, the cottage can hold up to 4 adults comfortably with 2 extra mattresses for children. There is an additional pull-out sofa as well. See cottage diagram image for more info. • There is a private dock and rowboat for your use only. A raft for swimming is shared with the owner cottage next door.• Playset with swings, slide and climbing equipment.• Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a full-sized bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed.• This is a humble cottage, the furnishings are worn but clean.
