The contract will just outline the basic house rules.There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood.
