The first floor third bedroom has a bunk bed and convertible full size sofa bed - perfect for kids. The fourth bedroom in the remodeled Lower Level has a queen bed and is naturally cool all summer. Both first floor bathrooms have bathtub/showers, and there is a new powder room in the Lower Level.
