You'll feel like you're in a treehouse. Property boasts avocado and mango trees along with many lush palm trees. House is on canal with dock large enough to park your boat up to 26ft long. The boat lift is not for guest use. It's just 3 streets over to Bokeelia Boat Ramp and 10 min. down canal to Jug Creek Marina where you can buy ice and bait as well as snacks for the day. From there it's about a 15-minute ride to Boca Grande Pass for some of the best Tarpon fishing in the world, or to Cayo Costa just to relax on the beach. The Gulf of Mexico is just beyond Boca Grande Pass. *Our house sustained minimal damage from hurricane Ian. We are 100% operational and are welcoming guests to come back or visit for the first time. Several restaurants are now open on Pine Island and Matlacha, as well as Jug Creek Marina and a few other bait shops. P
