It has has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an upstairs loft with a pull out sofa. Full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, and 2 smart TV's. The location is great in the winter because we are 5 minutes from the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly and a shuttle picks up from our parking lot entrance! . In the summer you can take in the scenic views from the front deck and make the 10-15 minute drive to all the action at the downtown casinos, restaurants, and beaches. Or you if hiking is your thing, a 10 minute walk will take you to the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail, and several others!We want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay but please be aware that this is a family friendly building, so if you are looking for a place to party then maybe this isn't the one for you.
