The gulf is a short distance via the canal (tidal, this means on low tide there is no water) beside the house. There is a fish cleaning station with water, outdoor shower, tiki bar with small fridge (our favorite spot), space for one car, and a swing on the concrete slab beneath the house. There is three additional parking spaces in front of the house and a long parking space that will accommodate a truck and boat trailer. Only 12 stairs up, the home has a wrap around deck on three sides with a gas grill. You can see the sun and moon rise from the deck. The entry also has a screened in deck if you choose to eat outside. NO PETS ALLOWED.
