Walkable to everything our quaint town has to offer; University, coffee shop, restaurants, brewery, theater, library, greenway, visitors center etc.Private parking for 1 car, outdoor sitting area, and a private entrance. Bringing a second car? No Problem, just let us know before arrival. Great view with awesome sunsets.The space:Outdoor seating area, new queen bed and all amenities that a hotel would offer plus some. Easy walk to university, coffee, restaurants and shops etc.Guest access:You will have the designated parking spot for 1 vehicle, side yard and outdoor sitting area. The room is accessed by passing through our laundry room and a small hall which will be kept private during your stay.Other things to note:Our backyard is next to the Mayors hobby farm.
