It is just down the dirt road from Portage Point's popular Sunset House (2 minute walk), and an easy 1 mile walk (10-15 minutes) to Portage Point Inn Resort (for awesome ice cream and snacks) and Portage Lake, and is set in a wooded and private setting that is peaceful and close to many hiking and biking trails.
