We have made it as cozy and practical as possible. My place is close to family-friendly activities & 30 min to the airport. My Casita is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers. A short jog away back to the freeway exit, you'll find a small mountain to get a bit of exercise or head the other direction to the local shopping center for a beer, coffee, sushi, pizza, Frys, etc...****This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) agreement is effective when renter books the property and makes initial payment.
