We also replaced the floating dock and ramp. Thisbeautiful property just keeps getting better and better.Itis shore to please located right on the bay. Enjoy all this house has to offer. During the day enjoy the weather and the fenced in backyard without worry about the kids getting into to much trouble. Sit out on one of the hammock chairs, or enjoy some time on the bay and take out one of the two SUPs (stand up paddle-board) or one of the two kayaks.Brand new kitchen appliances help you to enjoy breakfast on the deck or in the panoramic sunroom looking out over the lagoon. Stay in and fire up the BBQ for some fresh local seafood. Don’t feel like cooking (it is a vacation) within a short 1/2 mile walk you can enjoy some local delicious Seafood with a view of the bay at SunsetSeafood(reservations recommended and it's BYOB) or head to Stew
