For new reservations ( dated from Sept 2020 ) - we have adjusted our cancellation policy to the most flexible option offered by the site - RELAXED - and continue to offer this t all new reservations. Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they reservations between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
