A privacy curtain encloses this area and separates it from the living room if desired. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs and has a full size fold out couch, smart tv, iron and small ironing board and hair dryer.The location is very rural and quiet and we are conveniently located to Downtown Loomis and Rocklin shopping centers.
