Built in 1922 (renovated 2008) and owned by one family since 1936, the cottage is only 50 feet from the bay/ocean (!) and surrounded by 2.2 acres of spruce and pine forest. Driveway to cottage, Firelane 79, off Sand Beach Rd., is 1/2 mile long. Sitting on the deck and taking in the sounds (lobster boats, birds, fog horn, tide), smells (ocean, pines) and sights (skyline of ocean, islands, granite bluffs, schooners, Maine-blue sky, sunsets, dolphins, seals, eagles) is an awesome experience. The living room, dining room, and 2 (of 3) bedrooms each have sliding glass doors provid
