The house is 2,700 squire feet on a wooded acre with large overarching balconies overlooking the city. The house and gardens have been maintained in the style created by the famous architect Mars Davis. A little over 2 miles to the University District, Gonzaga U, and Downtown. One mile to Perry District where we walk to get coffee, drinks and great food. We are located in an unbelievably beautiful and private part of Spokane on the South Hill in the Rockwood area. Our Kitchen extends into the den which makes it easy to chat with family while making dinner or sharing a cup of coffee in the morning.
