The house has many upgrades, including new floors, shower and furniture in 2020.8 people can sleep comfortably with 1 king sized bed & 3 queens. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The house has a large kitchen, fully stocked with state of the art cookware by Le Creuset.Enjoy a lovely backyard with grass, patio furniture, seating for outdoor dining and cafe lights offering a nice ambiance. You have full use of a gas grill and new Traeger Smoker grill. There is a heat lamp for the cooler months. The neighborhood is quiet with McDowell Mountain views, a nice green belt/park for walking your dog and a gated pool. You will have a key to the neighborhood pool and hot tub which are never crowded.
