Lake Side Love Nest

Located in Bridport, Vermont, United States. Lake Side Love Nest No flooding in this part of Vermont!! Not near a river, thankfully, and lake is LOW. A double bed but there's a couch that folds to a twin in the living room in case somebody snores! Welcome to the sticks! I say that in the best way. The lake breeze keeps the mosquitos at bay and there aren't any black flies to torture you! A boat or two goes by on the lake. The train whistle, also, across the lake... otherwise QUIET. 5 miles to the Bridport Country Store and the Town Green, where nothing much happens. Sometimes there's a Fireman's Cookout. A photographer's paradise. Bald eagles abound and you'll hear crickets and owls and foxes, the wind. the waves, the train. This cottage is a small, funky, book filled, wildly romantic, cozy and colorful one bedroom (half opening to living room) with gas fireplace, full kitchen, (the microwave and some dishes are in the bedroom hutch!). covered deck...Fire pit right in front, with Adirondack chairs if you don't feel like going
