Located in Sugar Hill, New York, United States. Mountain House with Beautiful Views Sugar Hill/Franconia, NH We absolutely love this area. There are incredible views throughout the house, and it's located on a private dead end road in Sugar Hill, NH, (town next to Franconia) right in the white mountains. During this time of year, the house is in the center of great outdoors activities - Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mt, hiking trails, and Echo Lake are all nearby....and great restaurants. Loon is about 30 min away and Bretton Woods is about 35 min away as well. We just re-designed the house and made some upgrades as of Nov 28, 2021! The house has two floors - the downstairs has an open kitchen/living room set up as the main sitting area. There is a wall of 10 windows opening out to the mountain view and the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, all appliances, all silverware and glassware and plates and cooking items.
