Located in Clearwater, Oregon, United States. Beautiful relaxing holiday near the beach Our inviting condo (first floor) is equipped with all that you would need to enjoy your stay in Clearwater. The community itself, is very well cared for, with manicured grounds, clean resort area and a mature feel. Should you wish to cook, there are facilities to do so, would you like to relax and swim….there is the resort pool area or Clearwater Beach just a short drive away….perhaps you want to shop….we are well placed for excellent shopping…..Cultural activities are plentiful….from Pinnellas Trail, street art & cultural activities at Pier 60 or do you just want to sit back and do nothing….you can certainly also do that! Avalon is a secure gated community. We are 7 mins by car to Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes to the lovely Indian Rocks Beach and 25 minutes to Tampa Airport. Disney is 90 minutes by car & Bush Gardens a mere 40 minutes. We do aim to keep our condo in the best possible condition and we hope that this is evident when you choose to
