It’s just a short walk with no steep hills to a variety of restaurants, pubs, antique shops and the boardwalk. We are situated directly across the street from beautiful Mingus Park.We have three bedrooms and two full baths. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a large six person table, the living-room with gas fireplace, a full bath with soaking tub, the queen bedroom with pillow top mattress and our spacious laundry room with full capacity washer/dryer and plenty of counter space to fold laundry and also a utility sink.Out the back of the house through the laundry room door, you’ll find the spacious backyard with room to play, the covered patio area and an uncovered space to the right where you can BBQ with our Weber charcoal grill. Upstairs you will find our coffee bar with Keurig and the mini fridge, an electric piano
