The house is located on a dead end street, in a quiet cove a stones toss from the water, you can wake up and practically fall right in!When entering the home you will be welcomed by high ceilings, an open layout, electric fireplace, an abundance of windows with views of the water and the two story dock. Kayak or paddleboard around the end of cove to catch the sunrise in the morning, enjoy swimming, the dock slide, eating lunch under the covered pergola, relax with a cocktail from the 2nd story of the dock while the sun is setting and finish up with smores around the fire and some good ol' fashioned cornhole in the evening.The primary bedroom and bathroom with double sink is located on the first floor.
