Our apartment is located on a historic street that is quiet and serene. It is the perfect spot for families moving to Jacksonville from out of town, folks visiting the downtown area for games and events at TIAA Bank Field, or those visiting Jax Beach. The apartment is cozy, equipped with coffee, and 2 queen beds. What more could you ask for!We always enjoy welcoming and meeting our guests, but also understand wanting your privacy during your stay. Meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations is always our number one priority. Those will always be met with or without the in person contact.Riverside is (in)arguably the best neighborhood in Jax! It is full of historic homes and parks, bustling nightlife. There are 3 rooftop restaurants/bars within a half mile of this apartment! This apartment is also in close proximity to the St. John's River.
