Built originally to accommodate a bus load of campers The gathering rooms are very spacious. The kitchen and supplies are designed to entertain. There are 2 stove tops, 3 ovens and 1 microwave. The place settings match up to eight with extra of almost everything including a variety of knives, utensils. pots, pans and bowls for serving and prepping. A paved driveway at the house has parking for at least 3 cars as does the area in front of the boathouse.The boathouse and house are separated by a row of 60 steps. The distance is close enough to speak to each other. The rustic, non-winterized boathouse, is a completely separate house with kitchen, bath and one bedroom.
