I have enabled a booking restriction on VRBO that prevents guests from booking arrivals and departures on the same day as existing guests' arrivals and departures. This is to give me an overnight stay to do cleaning, laundry, etc. and other things like cutting the lawn, minor repairs. If this is a showstopper for you, please don't hesitate to let me know and will try to make an exception for you.My wife and I are the only ones that manage change-over between guests. VRBO has provided us with cleaning protocols and effective cleaning and disinfecting products recommended by the CDC for novel viruses, including Covid-19. We have adopted these cleaning protocols to provide you with safe lodging. We provide all renters at check-in an individually wrapped sponge, individually wrapped toilet paper and CDC approved cleaning supplies
