(Available to Santa Monica residents and guests only, and is much less crowded than public accesses). A private heated pool, hotub and large al fresco dining area provide an excellent outdoor entertainment area. (Pool heat fee applies). We are located on the west end of PCB. It’s a convenient 10 min drive from Inlet Beach, the restaurants/shopping of rosemary Beach and the 30A avenues (to the west) and also only 10 minutes from Pier Park (to the east).
