This completely remodeled 4-season lake home is equipped with air conditioning for those warmer days and heating when the temperatures dip. This is a beautiful getaway less than two hours from the Twin cities. New kitchen, bathroom, lower level carpet, and all new interior painting makes this an idyllic escape. With designer touches you can slow down while experiencing the luxuries of comfortable furnishings and bedding. Located on 3.2 acres this property offers lots of privacy. Lake Minerva has a sandy bottom and is clear. Our pontoon is not available for rent or use. Local pontoon rentals are limited, however we've previously worked with Mary at Boondocks Marine out of Webster. Note that there is not marina or landing on Minerva Lake (where the cabin is located) however there is a boat landing and connecting waterway from Falk Lake/Love Lake which will get yo
