The space is a certified 27 foot tiny home built in 2016 with cozy cork flooring and cedar interior. Furnishings and appliances are new with the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with an induction stovetop and there is a roomy fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Nearby outside bistro seating area has table and chairs as well as 2 adirondack chairs, and is complete with a full sized gas fired grill. A communal 40x10 deck is mostly covered with patio furniture. On warm days, our 30x30 4.5 foot deep organic swimming pond is a great place to cool off. There is also a seating area around the firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows! We are located in the agrihood (planned community built around a common farm) of Skokomish Valley Farms-adjacent to the Olympic
