For your convenience we are less then 10 minutes from Walmart and dozens of restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Applebee's and Chick-fil-a. within an hour to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge and only 50 miles to Gatlinburg. 4 guest max. Boat launch at Panther Creek state park is only a few minutes away, dock your boat on our EZ dock which has built in bumpers and also has 2 jet ski ports. NOTE: The water flutuates so the dock is usually available mid May to mid sept. The dock will accommodate up to a 20 foot boat only.
