House has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, whirlpool tub, two decks, screened-in porch, fenced-in play area, dock and walkout basement game room with ping pong table, foosball table and other games. There is a large, well-stocked kitchen that is open to the dining area and living area.House is located on a peninsula with 270 degree water views. There are decks with views of the water on both the front and back sides of the house. We like to enjoy our morning coffee in the shade on the front porch and have dinner in the shade on a large outdoor table on the back porch. Two kayaks, one canoe, a paddle board, a private dock, a neighborhood boat ramp, and various outdoor games are available for use by guests.
