Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac (no through traffic or busy streets to cross with children like many other OBX locations), it has a large private pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table, and tons of deck space to enjoy the outdoors with a hammock, bench swing, and many adirondack chairs. Note that the pool is not heated, so reservations between October and Mid-March will only have access to the hot tub (and beach obviously).
