Our condo is approximately 1,070 sq ft. and has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with a closet, trundle bed separated by double doors from the second bedroom. and three full baths. The condo is a non-smoking property and the Lodge at Lake Dillon as a whole is a non-smoking property. No pets except for service animals are allowed if you are renting the condo. If you do have a service or emotional support animal, you will need to provide documentation upon booking. However, the owners of condo units may have personal pets in their unit, so you may see dogs and cats in the building.The Lodge at Lake Dillon is made up of privately owned properties , it is not a hotel. The Lodge is not a "party building" and parties are not allowed in our unit. Guests should conduct themselves accordingly. The Lodge is a NO SMOKING building.
