Hardwood floors, laundry facilities, garage, grill and dock space are included.The property consists of 2 homes, the main house and the guest house. The unit being rented is the guest house which sits above the main house overlooking the lake. There is a private entrance and garage for the guest house. The only shared area is the dock.The lake is accessed via gradual steps. There is a level fire pit area half way to the lake. The lake front is level and great for swimming or fishing.
