When looking at each Unit, it will say in the "description" the Condo number...if it says 208, then it is on the second floor... #107, #101, and #109 are on the first floor with gated patio access direct to the pool or beach...No waiting on elevators! What I think is cool (and I'm a mother of 3 teenage boys, with rafts and boogie boards), is that the first-floor Units, ALL have a patio with a gate, that goes directly to the pool or beach, so they can just throw their gear on the patio on the way into the Unit.
