It is situated on Comanche Mesa near Lajitas, and has expansive views of the Sierra Rica mountains in Mexico, Mesa de Anguila in the National Park just to the south, and Lajitas Mesa to the north.The house is a locally-owned, lived-in family home, not a boutique hotel, and we have all amenities to make it a great base for exploring the Big Bend area. We do not use a management company. Traditional, unpretentious and well-equipped, it has power and water, climate control, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, two outdoor porches, and an enclosed yard.
