Holland House - Historic and Sophisticated

Located in Alpine, Alaska, United States. Holland House - Historic and Sophisticated Holland House is an historic home in Alpine that has been restored to its former glory. It is a few blocks west of Sul Ross State University and only a couple blocks east of downtown Alpine. Holland House has the sophistication and class of a bygone era while also featuring modern amenities that add to the comfort of the home.The homeowner periodically stays in the upstairs portion of the home. The two floors are separated by locked doors on either side. The upstairs has it's own outside staircase and private entrance. Owner is extremely quiet and does his very best to not disturb guests while staying. The first floor is available to guests and features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other a queen. The kitchen is large enough to cook and move around while the formal dining room will give guests room to gather for a meal or work on their laptops.Cable tv and wifi are available and included.Guest may use the garage, the laundry room
