Unit sleeps 8 ( this includes four bunks that have a 150lb weight limit and sleep one each, and three Full beds. Also includes a custom bathroom, grilling deck, and screened porch. Endless summer fun awaits at the private community beach, multiple pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pit, fishing pond, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, basketball courts and a community fire-pit to end the day with a s’more.
