All our previous renters (for the past 10 years) have loved it and we have great reviews; however, I do want to make you aware of the following as you make your decision to rent our home. The cost of the rental is $550 per night if you are renting for more than a week. ( $600 per night for a weekly rental of $4200). The house is available the entire summer and we can offer discounts for monthly and 2-3 week rentals. We try to start our summer rentals on Friday check-in and end on Friday check-out or Sunday Check-out. This avoids splitting up peak summer weekends. We normally only rent to adults, couples, and families with kids. No summer share arrangements with singles.
