Just as impressive would be watching the changing colors on the Bookcliffs while maybe grilling during the sunset. Hiking and biking trails surround the house with access to the lunch Loops Trails nearby. The house has an open feeling, with beautiful stone and woodwork. There is plenty of room for you, your friends & family on the 1,000 square foot concrete patio (with an 8 person hot tub) overlooking the Grand Valley. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. Pets are welcome to stay for a $60 fee and the outside has a fenced in back yard.
