A second open sleeping area ( not a private bedroom ) with full size bed is on first floor. Sleeps 2 or 4 in beds. ( Plus 1 on Futon upon request.) Situated on 18 acres is the house, orchards, woods and ponds. Free to explore the entire estate. Excellent for bird watching or wildlife viewing. Peach, Pear and Apple Orchard on Ashland and Wayne county border. Small hobby orchard surrounded by woods and farm land. 1.5 acre stocked pond with pavilion and fire pit. Also have a fire pit in the fenced back yard. Mowed hiking paths around property can be used for bird and wildlife watching :Deer, Turkey, Woodcock, Pheasant ,Rabbit. Fishing can be done without a license. Bring your own equipment. Firepit with wood is provided. (Two mountain bikes and/or
