The property was purchased in September, 2013 and it is ready to be enjoyed! A wonderful, nautically appointed cottage two houses away from our other rental and a very short walk to the charming beaches of Rockport, MA. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people including a a queen sized master bed, a full size bed, two single futons in the loft as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. An airy and sunny cottage located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of town, this home is a peaceful retreat while being so close to the beaches and town. The yard is open for games, outside cooking and dining or just relaxing. In its prime location, guests are a short walking distance to scenic downtown Rockport.
