The Bnb unit is one whole side of an 1835 side-by-side duplex. Available for 1-4 people in the main rental home, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd has a full size bed. HOWEVER an adjoining additional bedroom is available with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom, xtra $75/night if additional room is desired for 2-3 guests, $50/ night extra if 4 guests are staying. If 5 guests are staying the extra room is required at $25/night and if 6 people are staying the room is included at no additional. Furnished with comfy couches, cotton linens, and a completely outfitted kitchen.
