There’s white and blue heron, ducks, geese, otters, and even a white pelican or seal from time to time. Bring your camera and binoculars! The 40’ private dock has plenty of room to tie up your boats and watercraft. The dock is just 100 feet from ‘fast water’ where delta boat speeds are unlimited! The dock is also right across from Lido Beach. It’s a small tidal island where people hang out. The beach is easy to swim to or you can use the two included kayaks.
