Great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and you can easily take the staircase down if preferred. It is only 1 flight down to the 2nd floor walkover to the garage.We pay for beach service for 2 (2 loungers on the beach and an umbrella) from March 1st to October 31st...that would normally cost you around $40 + a day! Please note that there must be a responsible party who is 25 years of age or older to rent our condo. I will need an emailed or text copy of the primary renter's driver's license after booking. Celadon does not allow smoking OR vaping, even on the balcony...they are very strict about this rule. There is a designated smoking area outside. No guest pets are allowed.
