It has new floors and brand new kitchen and new furniture. Everything is upgraded. Bunk beds have flat screen TV's. The views, especially sunsets from 5th floor patio is amazing. I offer beach chairs/umbrella, Neflix at every TV and free high speed Wifi. Pelican Beach Resort has very loyal customers that come back again and again every year. This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules.
